Today’s deliveries:

Delivery 1, 50 people: BBQ Ribs, BBQ Chicken, Hamburgers, Hotdogs

Delivery 2, 20 people: Mac N Cheese, Baked Beans, Cornbread Muffins, Honey Butter, Collard Greens with Smoked Turkey

Delivery 3, 30 people: Mac N Cheese, Veggie sliders, Bacon Cheddar Beef Sliders, Spinach Dip, Fried Chicken, Cajun Chicken, Je**ed Chicken, BBQ Turkey Meatballs

And not one picture was taken!!! 😩😩😩

Because using a commercial kitchen is different than cooking at home. Everything must be cleaned and disinfected after every use. When you pay for catering, this is also what you’re paying for. You would think they would have learned by now! This is our youngest. He will come to work before or even after a game. He gets up early to help pack up the truck(s) and he doesn’t hesitate when it’s time to unload and clean up. He likes to help out in the kitchen by learning new tasks to make my workload lighter. He never complains. He even skipped hanging out with his friends this weekend. His newest skill: basting (bbq sauce on the ribs). He’s going to be a darn good husband and dad. He’s already an amazing son🥰🙏🏾💪🏾.
