Responsibilities:
Planning, organizing activities and birthdays:
You will be responsible for creating and managing a calendar of events and activities. This includes researching and selecting appropriate activities, coordinating logistics, and ensuring that all necessary resources are available.
Promotion and advertising:
You will be responsible for marketing and promoting activities to attract participants. This involves creating marketing materials such as brochures, posters, and online advertisements. You will also need to utilize various channels like social media, email marketing, and website promotion to reach your target audience.
Collaborating with vendors and partners:
You will work closely with vendors and partners to secure resources, negotiate contracts, and ensure smooth ex*****on of activities. This involves maintaining relationships with suppliers, coordinating with external organizations, and managing budgets.
Reporting:
You will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data related to the success of activities and marketing efforts. This includes tracking attendance, participant feedback, and revenue generated. You will then use this data to evaluate the effectiveness of your marketing strategies and make informed decisions for future activities.
Budget management:
You will be responsible for managing the budget allocated for activities and marketing. This includes monitoring expenses, seeking cost-effective solutions, and ensuring that activities are within budget.
Evaluation and improvement:
You will continuously evaluate the success of activities and marketing strategies, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes. This involves conducting surveys, gathering feedback, and staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
