Barbie Margarita 🍹🎀
A tropical, electric-pink margarita that’s as pretty as it is delicious!
Ingredients:
Ice cubes 🧊
1 oz fresh lime juice 🍋
1 oz triple sec 🍊
1 oz lychee syrup 🍬
1 cup frozen dragonfruit (preferably pink variety) 🍉
1 oz reposado tequila 🥃
Sugar, for ri***ng the glass 🍭
Directions:
•Rim your glass:
Run a lime wedge around the rim of a cocktail or margarita glass, then dip it into sugar (or pink sanding sugar for extra Barbie flair). Set aside.
•Blend the drink:
In a blender, combine frozen dragonfruit, lime juice, triple sec, lychee syrup, reposado tequila, and a handful of ice. Blend until smooth and slushy.
•Pour & serve:
Pour the blended Barbie margarita into your prepared glass. If you like, top with a splash of soda water for a little fizz.
•Garnish it up:
Add a lime wheel, a tiny paper umbrella, or an edible flower for that full Barbie-core presentation. 💕
