Last night we traveled to the beautiful St Alphosus Church in Wheeling for a full set up catering.

Dinner menu consisted of:
Baked lemon pepper chicken
Swedish meatballs
Roasted red skin potatoes
Green beans
Caesar salad
Homemade rolls

Last night we traveled to St. Clairsville, OH to help celebrate the wedding of Brek & Madison- breathtaking! We were honored to play such a big part in this beautiful evening, providing full service cocktail hour and dinner service. Congratulations to the new Mr. & Mrs. Dimmick. Thank you for trusting us with your special night- truly a Fourth of July we will not forget 🎆

Cocktail Hour Menu:
Custom pretzel platters with Bavarian braids, jalapeño-cheddar stuffed knots, traditional pretzel knots, Dijon mustard, honey mustard and beer cheese. We also incorporated our own baked bread ring for garnish. 🥨

Dinner Service Menu:
Family style garden salad with house creamy Italian
Custom pasta bar with bread display 🍝
Spaghetti noodles with choice of made-from-scratch sauce: cajun, alfredo, or marinara
Accompaniments: chicken parmesan, homemade meatballs, grilled garlic shrimp
Bread assorment: fresh baked loaves, cheesy bread, homemade rolls, garlic knots, pumpernickel, focaccia, ciabatta, baguettes plus more
Fresh herbs: basil, thyme, rosemary
Shredded and shaved Parmesan
Olive oil with topping/infusion assortment: rosemary, sun dried tomato, Italian herbs, balsamic glaze, butter candles, etc

Theme: Classic black and white with silver accent. We opted for a “classic elegant” look with white linen, black empire vases, ostrich feathers, touches of pearls, mercury votives, greenery and white roses

Service:
Full service with tableware and water service
(Salad and dinner plates, flatware, water goblets & carafes)

From charcuterie and taco bars to 3am continental breakfasts, custom main talent welcome baskets, lunches plus more- it’s been fun! Can’t wait for the new season to come out 🤩🎬🍿
