Tonight we got to help a special couple celebrate their wedding. Congratulations, Stephen & Kendra Thebo! You guys make such a cute couple. Add in the kids and you have a wonderful family. ❤️ Thanks for allowing us to be a part of your special day. And thanks to his mom, Pam Thebo, for trusting us to help with the meal.

Dinner consisted of tossed salad, green bean casserole, California blend vegetables, mashed potatoes with chicken gravy, Italian smothered chicken, and fruit & nut pork loin.

Tonight's event was also at a new venue for us: the American Legion hall in Cedar Springs. It was a nice facility with great people. I look forward to working with them in the future.

Our only disappointment for the whole thing was we forgot to take pictures. 😭 My staff photographer, Kiana Gould, wasn't there tonight. (By the time I remembered, people were already going through the buffet line. 🤷‍♀️) So if any of the family or guests have pictures, please send them to me in a message or add them in the comments. We had the honor of providing Markay Bucholtz's funeral luncheon. We served an extra large crowd and still didn't run out of food!

Lunch consisted of a veggie tray with dip, loaded baked potato salad, strawberry jello with fresh fruit, ham & cheese or chicken salad sandwiches, with chocolate sheet cake or peanut butter sheet cake for dessert. And, of course, beverages.

Thank you, Rickay and Rick, for the business. May your memories bring you and the whole family peace and joy.

Jeff and Kelsee King got bit by Covid in 2020, and while they did get married back then, it wasn't the celebration they wanted. So, for their 5 year anniversary they did it up right!

In addition to beautiful decorations, great music, and a crew that came to party, we provided the meal. They had fruit salad, taco salad, calico baked beans, Mac & cheese, sloppy Joes, and pulled pork sandwiches. Instead of traditional wedding cake, they had donuts.

Congratulations, Mr. & Mrs. Johnathan & Savannah Guy!

It was a beautiful day for a lovely wedding. The menu included fresh fruit salad, tossed salad, buttered corn, BBQ Pulled Pork sandwiches, and Stuffed Turkey Breast.

This was our first time at this venue and hopefully not the last. It's a gorgeous, complete on-site event location in Lake Isabella. Thank you, Mike and Sarah, for your hospitality.

We were able to be a part of a super fun event on Tuesday, June 24th. The Community First Federal Credit Union had a staff training that began with a meal. The theme was Pool Party, and if you've ever seen posts about their Halloween costume contests or seen their Christmas decorating skills, you know they had a blast! So did we.

Lunch included BBQ pulled pork or Sloppy Joe sandwiches, fruit salad, tossed salad, and potato salad, topped of with either peanut butter sheet cake, chocolate chip, cinnamon roll, or molasses cookies. Of course, everything is made from scratch!

Thank you, Miranda, for hiring us; Tim, for making it such a fun day (and eating some molasses cookies), and the entire CFFCU staff. How do I get ahold of an application? In case this catering gig doesn't work out, I want to work with you guys!

My last job surely didn't pay well, but it was an awesome success! So grateful for all the help from family and friends ...

Had the honor of feeding several public servants at the Montcalm Townships Association meeting. New venue as well: the Coral Community Center. It's a very impressive facility!

Dinner included tossed salad, buttered green beans, roasted veggies, cheesy potatoes, American smothered chicken, Fruit & Nut pork loin, and for dessert, chocolate and peanut butter sheet cakes.

Today we provided the meal at the Celebration of Life for Floyd Spencer. It was a new venue for us to cater at...the Lakeview VFW. It's a very nice place to have an event.

The meal included tossed salad, green beans, calico baked beans, bbq pulled pork, and scalloped potatoes. They had assorted cookies and chocolate sheet cake for dessert.
