Our Story

So, my daughter got married... As the mother of the bride, I thought I could handle everything myself. Because I worked part-time, I could easily assume the title of "wedding planner". We planned everything ourselves - and it went very well, that is, until the day of the wedding. I was a basket case! I had so many things on my plate, I found it hard to enjoy her day. It was difficult to relinquish any responsibility to anyone - what if they didn't do something the way she wanted? What I needed on that day was another me. That's how this business started. We will meet with our clients a few weeks before the event, go over all the details that have been planned, help to create a timeline for the event and be there on the big day to take care of all of those details - so the client, their family and their friends can relax and enjoy the day. Karen Hirsh is a licensed officiant with the State of Ohio and can create the ceremony of your dreams for your big day.
