Happy Friday!🥰 One of my most requested entrées when a client has a Private Chef dinner experience with me, is my Chianti Wine Braised Short Ribs with 24 months aged Parmesan Italian creamy Polenta and my Braised Short Rib Ragu with fresh Pappardelle pasta! 🤌🤌 And I have to admit, they are a couple of my favorite things I like to eat. They are simple, minimal ingredients, but a deep luxurious taste and the creamy polenta just adds to the overall pairing of the dish. The fresh Pappardelle pasta adds a nice bite to the Ragu as it clings to the Pasta . ❤️👌🇮🇹🇮🇹🍷

A fun and amazing private birthday dinner event for a wonderful family in Southlake TX. They were celebrating their daughter birthday 🎊 🎉 with the entire family and wanted to do something different and unique, a Private Chef dinner experience is definitely a perfect choice!❤️

Started with a margarita flatbread and salad course. Then a lemon 🍋 ricotta pasta that our client has a craving for and moved on to the main course with Halibut Piccata serviced with roasted garlic parmesan brussel sprouts and sautéed Pinot Grigio mini Bella mushrooms, both requested and so I happily provided them.
