Let’s talk special moments! It’s so important to designate intimate moments with your family, wedding party and groom amongst all the festivities. Adding these to your timeline allow for you to really focus on being present with the special people you chose to share these special moments with.
✨First Looks: These are so fun (and often a tear-jerker) to show off your complete look to your bridesmaids, parents or other close folks in your life. Such a sentimental feeling and also make the sweetest pictures (swipe to see my girls🥰)
✨First Look or Touch with Fiancé: Whether you want to give the reveal before the ceremony in private or walking down the isle, sharing those last few minutes together as fiancés in prayer, sharing personal vows or however you may choose, it is a cherished moment like no other.
✨Private Dinner: I love when the Bride and Groom choose to at eat their supper exclusively. This allows them to actually to talk about their day so far and soak in their surroundings (and actually EAT🤪). It’s so intimate and you have that time as fresh newly weds to be fully present with each other and no one can come talk to you for a just little bit.
✨Private last dance: Top off the best day of your lives with a final private dance as your guests are getting ready for the grand exit. This allows time not only for your guests to get set, but you get to look around one last time at your party and close it down yourselves.

How to have an efficient Bible guest book:
We all know finding a verse and writing a note can take a little longer than just signing your name on a line. Plus you don’t want a long line of guests waiting outside to get into the cocktail hour.
For our wedding I really wanted scripture from our closest family and friends. Plus, I wanted this to be something we’d have forever and turn to when needed.
But I was worried with a large guest count, it would take a little too long. So here are a few tips to make it flow!
✨Type out the table of contents and have it laminated sheet next to the Bible. This saves the guests a flip and is easy to reference again if they forget what page the book of Matthew starts on😉
✨This sliding magnifying glass is not only elegant- but it made it so much easier for older guests to read the small print 🔎
✨Finally, include some stinky note tabs so guests can mark their page! This verse was the favorite 🤍

So many little details going into a wedding- it can be easy to overlook some of the big ones!
☑️Transportation: If you have numerous locations through the day (getting ready, pictures, ceremony, reception) it is important to have a plan for who is driving who & in what vehicles! Don’t forgot to allow for travel time & check the gas tank as well!
☑️ Cake Cutting Set: You don’t want plastic knifes and forks in your cake cutting pictures! You could also add custom detailing which look beautiful in flatlays + make for a life-long set you can cut your anniversary cake with each year🍰
☑️ Vendor Gratuities: This ones simple...tip your service vendors!
☑️ Pens for the guest book: If you choose to have a written guest book- don’t forget to put out a few nicer pens! Your photographer will get shots of that welcome table!
☑️ Wooden Hangers: Hanging shots of the bride & bridesmaids dresses with wooden/unison hangers make a seamless photo! Rather than mismatched, different color plastic hangers! 👗
☑️ Marriage License: This one is a biggy-if not the biggest😅 You must obtain your marriage license from the courthouse at least 72 hours before the ceremony for it to be valid! I recommend couples get it 30 days out- just because things get extra busy a week or two before and you don’t want to forget! 90 days out from the ceremony is the earliest you can get it! (in the state of Texas)
☑️Dress Bustle: Brides- if you have a decent size train, you’re going to want a seamstress to add a bustle! Makes it easier for you to move around during reception & on the dance floor (plus no one will be stepping on it!) 💃🏼
☑️Passports: Lastly, if you’re going out of the country for your honeymoon, be sure your passport will be valid throughout the trip!! Don’t want to miss your trip or scramble last minute trying to get it renewed 🤪

My name is Carli Cole, soon to be Carli Jeffreyand I live in Cat Spring TX. I was born & raised in Fredericksburg TX and graduated from Texas A&M University in May of ‘21 (whoop!) Dance was my whole world for all of my years & I miss it everyday!
I am a full time high school business teacher🍎 & a crazy chicken/goat/horse mom. 🐓
I get to marry .jeffrey in June with Daisy girl by our sides!
A few of my favorite things are sewing, making sourdough, roping/riding & warm days outside with my animals & future husband.

Wedding Coordination is something I knew I wanted to do and I am so excited to finally start my own business! Through my degree at A&M, I earned my Professional Event Management certificate and worked a large variety of events, including weddings!
Shoutout to the coordinators that allowed me to train under their wing!! I am forever grateful & will do the same with aspiring coordinators!! One of them is my day-of so she can do all the behind the scenes things so I can focus on our special day!!
