3 Reasons Cookie Loves the Farmers Market

1. Fresh really does make a difference. There's nothing quite like choosing ingredients at their peak instead of settling for what's on a grocery store shelf.

2. Inspiration is everywhere. Sometimes the best menu ideas come from seeing what's fresh that morning, not from staring at a recipe.

3. She likes knowing where her food comes from. Supporting local growers, asking questions, and finding something unexpected are all part of the fun.

For Cookie, a great meal starts long before anyone sits down at the table.

And yes, she can spend a ridiculous amount of time picking out the perfect cucumber.

National Dessert Day? Cookie's got that covered.

Profiteroles filled with creamy vanilla pastry cream and finished with rich chocolate sauce.

Because a great dinner deserves a great ending.

Happy National Dessert Day from One and Done with Cookie!

Happy Birthday to our one and only Cookie! The star behind the incredible food, the big heart, and occasionally the big opinions!

Just keep showing up.
If they praise you, do the work.
If they criticize you, do the work.
If nobody notices, do the work anyway.
That’s pretty much how we’ve built One and Done with Cookie.
One event. One client. One meal at a time.
Show up. Do good work. Take care of people. Keep going.
That’s us.

The little details matter.

Anyone can make the food look pretty.

But do you know where the trash goes?
Where the recycling goes?
Where the cardboard goes?

We do.
Because great catering isn’t just what happens at the table. It’s knowing the house, the venue, the rules—and making sure our clients never have to think about any of it.

The glamorous life of catering. We know where all the bodies are buried. And apparently, the cardboard too.

One and Done with Cookie
We bring the restaurant to you. And yes, we take out the trash.

This is catering, too.

Before your event, Cookie and I visit the space ourselves.
We look at the room, the kitchen, where guests will move, where our team will work, and exactly what we’ll need on event day.

There’s no additional charge for a site visit. It’s simply part of how we do things at One and Done with Cookie.

Because when we come back, we don’t want to figure it out.
We want to already know.

The best events look easy because somebody did the homework.
