Last night in Seacrest was all about the meat

Started w A5 Wagyu app
Grilled white peach / burrata salad w crushed pistachios over red Arugula
Then a whole prime tenderloin and a 38 oz Waygu Tomahawk with crispy fingerling potatoes - Parmesan creamed spinach - bacon citrus Brussels and asparagus

Dessert as always was off the charts with chocolate cheesecake by Alyssa

Well we have had a busy week -538 plates served so far just this week

Alabama Miners event in Tuscaloosa for 100 people a day lunch with our youngest son and Michael ( man it was a HOT one ) and a repeat client from Dallas in Inlet Beach last night again ! And 50 person lunch in Mobile on Wednesday

We are tired but lots of smiles and happy plates have gone out - today we recover and start all over Saturday
