Woohoo, June 30 has arrived! I've nailed my goals, and now it's time to tackle the next six months.

You all that know me and my love of animals and nature. With the temperatures so high it’s so hot out there. Even the smallest gesture for all beautiful little creatures is so appreciated.  I just put out a large shallow dish. I made sure that I put rocks and pebbles in there for our beautiful, flying fuzzy puppies, the bees. Make sure you put rocks or pebbles in there because they get tired and you don’t want them to drown in the water. They’re so important to our ecosystem and their numbers are dwindling 😔
Big or small, worth saving them all 💗.

Happy Friday my beautiful people! I'm so grateful to be back, and I apologize for the brief hiatus.
Nona has been incredibly busy with private events that I signed last year, but I've never forgotten about my amazing customers who bring so much joy to my life. I miss our wonderful chats at Countryside market although i am no longer there. I cherish the memories we've made together. 🥰

Although it's only been a little over a month, it feels like an eternity.
One of the things that brings me immense happiness is sharing traditional recipes passed down from my Nona, knowing she'd be incredibly proud. These recipes embody her legacy of using only the freshest ingredients, sourced locally whenever possible. From fresh produce at LJ's market to farm-fresh eggs from Miss Karen's lovely hens, handcrafted vanilla from Ashley Donna, and local honey - we must save our precious bees! I'm also deeply passionate about supporting community farmers markets!
I’ve built my brand on this philosophy and traditions, and that will never change 💕

Good morning everybody!

Today is a new day full of opportunities!

Where's Nona? I know I mentioned to many of you that I have a very large wedding next weekend, which requires a lot of prep, staff coordination, and wedding planning to create a truly exceptional experience for an amazing couple. I'll be focusing on creating a delicious and memorable event. Even though Nona won’t be there, Nona's fresh filled Cannoli's are available at Countryside market. You guys have asked and asked for Nona’s sauce. My Nona would be so tickled right now.😇💗 this is old school Sicilian spaghetti sauce. Only the freshest ingredients!!

Nona is not at the bakery today. But, I restocked if anybody needs last-minute goodies
I baked a bunch of fresh lemon and blueberry biscotti because I know you guys love love love them
Slices of cherry cheesecake
Homemade bread pudding made with farm fresh eggs, vanilla, caramel sauce, and strawberries
Lets not forget fresh filled Cannolis
All available Countryside Stop In. DR is there making his delicious and famous pizza, Shawarma’s, garlic breadsticks, and one of the most amazing Greek salad I’ve ever had.

Helllloooo my beautiful people!
Nona has been so busy in the kitchen. A few pictures to tempt you what’s in the Bakery today but selling out so quickly.
Small 3 layer Cassata/cannoli cakes, cannoli shooters topped with a Bailey mascarpone with the traditional Sicilian ricotta filling and lots of chocolate goodness
Cheesecake parfaits, choice of homemade lemon curd with a blueberry compote or bourbon peaches and topped with candy pecans
I did a little fancy for the Kentucky Derby, I hope you guys enjoy. Wishing you all a wonderful blessed day. 💗

Happy Saturday everybody! Nona is at the bakery today. We have fresh filled Cannolis , that are delicious and ever so popular. Italian cream horns. Fresh sourdough and Italian bread. It’s going fast. Two different flavor Biscotti . Hope to see you guys soon. 🥰

 Thank you all so much for your pre-orders placed today for Cheesecake.  My pre-order slots are almost full. If anyone would like to place an order for a whole cheesecake, please contact me via messenger by tomorrow (4-13/Sunday) before 7:00pm
I will do my best to fulfill them all, but it will be on a first come first serve basis. I wish I could clone me, but I don’t think the universe could handle it. 🤣😊
