Who is your Project Manager? 👀
Because your wedding is essentially one BIG project.
You have multiple vendors.
Contracts and deadlines.
Timelines and logistics.
Deliveries and setup.
Details that depend on other details.
And one VERY important go-live date. 😂💍
The difference?
You can’t manage the project AND be the bride on wedding day.
And this is one of the reasons I approach Wedding Management a little differently.

You don’t need someone to come in and redo everything you’ve already planned.
