It rained from morning to night on Amelia and Eli’s wedding day. Relentlessly. We all felt the stress of it in the moment…trying to keep everyone dry, changing the ceremony site, figuring how and when to take portraits. Amelia and Eli (and their families!) were brave, resilient, kind, and graceful throughout…and I look back at these portraits and I see love all over them. The rain made for unforgettable, love-filled wedding day…and for the most amazing portraits on the little pier!

This was one of the most memorable family shoots I’ve done. A beloved family that I’ve photographed several times on their family farm. Rolling hills and their horses on a golden evening. Pure magic.
