Beautiful wedding for Samantha and Brad at The White Barn at Padgett Place this weekend. Our charcuterie tables are always a hit during the cocktail hour. The dinner menu consisted of a green salad with assorted dressings, smoked chicken, roasted pork loin sliders with peach chutney, smoked mac-n-cheese, roasted red new potatoes, green beans and yeast rolls. The dessert table was a collaboration, we provided banana pudding cups and chocolate chip cookies that were served with miniature jugs of milk on ice. LeCroy’s Restaurant

I catered a wedding at the White Barn at Padgett Place, and it was such a great experience! First, upon arrival with food their staff met me to help unload and set up accordingly, something I’ve never had help with at other venues. Jana and Ashley made sure I knew the time frame agenda for the wedding festivities which were posted in the kitchen. Next they showed me their resource/decor room (which is amazing and reason enough to use the venue) and said I could incorporate any item I needed. They have rolling dish carts which are helpful with cleanup and cake cutting. There was a truck backed up for trash disposal right outside the kitchen entrance. I also appreciated being able to park and unload our catering vehicle right outside the kitchen door. These are little things that help make a wedding event run smoothly.

Having catered the rehearsal dinner too, I really appreciated Ashley’s ability to keep the rehearsal on time and the bridal party arrived for dinner as planned. The staff is truly professional, kind and I highly recommend this venue!

Garden Salad with Assorted Dressings
Large Tender Baked Potatoes
Smoked BBQ Pulled Pork
Grilled Chicken
Butter, Sour Cream, Bacon Bits
Cheddar Cheese
Rolls

Plenty of food for hungry guests that want to fill their plate along with options. Some guests choose to stuff those big potatoes with a meat and all the toppings. Some chose a salad, chicken or BBQ, cheese and a roll. Some choose a baked potato, butter, sour cream and cheese only. It was a crowd pleasing buffet menu for all!
