Weddings and Events at Cherokee Ridge Cherokee Ridge Country Club is an extraordinary wedding and reception venue thirty minutes south of Huntsville in North Alabama.

Nestled in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains with glistening lakes, babbling brooks, whispering pines, and an 80 ft tall waterfall, weddings at Cherokee Ridge Country Club are miles away from ordinary! Cherokee Ridge offers the impeccable amenities and service you would expect from a country club along with the breathtaking views you would expect from a nature preserve. It is the best of

both worlds, providing that fairy tale quality every bride desires! Our variety of facilities allow brides and grooms to customize their photo shoot, rehearsal, wedding, and reception to their own personal styles: Clubhouse, veranda, arbor, tent, Lake House, dock, waterfall, Lynn's Dam, barn and golf course (pictured in our photo gallery).

--Our Clubhouse features a large dining room with a grand piano, room for a dance floor, a full kitchen and bar. The facility is decorated in a neutral pallete that will complement any wedding theme.

--Behind the clubhouse is a lovely veranda overlooking two ponds, a small waterfall, and the golf course. It is large enough to accommodate dining or dancing.

--A rustic wooden arbor overlooks a pond beside the clubhouse. It is perfect for wedding ceremonies and photos.

--A spacious, brilliant white tent is set beside the arbor, accommodating wedding guests during the ceremony and reception.

--The Lake House offers lodging on site. It is also ideal for showers, bachelor and bachelorette parties, and a bridal suite.

--A large dock beside the Lake House is set on a 17-acre lake with panoramic views of the Appalachian foothills. It is perfect for photos or wedding ceremonies, seating up to 200 guests.

--Our 80ft waterfall makes a stunning backdrop for photos as well as nearby Lynn's Dam. The historic stone dam was constructed during the Civil War.

--Our rustic barn currently makes a beautiful photo opportunity but will soon become a unique event facility.

--Cherokee Ridge's 18-hole championship golf course offers an unparalleled bachelor's day as well as a picturesque photo setting.
