Climate-controlled 6300 sq ft barn facility overlooking 11-acre Grove Lake. Up to 200 attendees (3800 sq. ft Ballroom accommodates 300+ reception-style. Please ask about ext

Outside or inside ceremony area- The Terrace is a 4400 sq ft outdoor ceremony area overlooking Grove Lake with seating space for 480. Outside cocktail hour area with a covered 10' x 60' porch, string lights, co****le and a fire pit. Bridal Suite is very spacious with kitchenette, full bathroom including walk-in shower, lounging area, vanities, full-length decorative mirror and dressing rooms
Groom's House - a 2000 sq. home on our private lake with an open floor plan and back deck overlooking the lake for that great hangout feel. Catch and release fishing in our 11-acre private lake. Commercial Prep Kitchen w/ double-bay sinks, 15' of work table space, commercial dishwasher, food warming cabinet, large commercial fridge, microwave, filtered water and large ice maker. Ample Parking (Parking attendants, if needed)

Ample climate-controlled bathrooms on both sides of the barn w/ handicap accessible options
Trash removal
1-hour access for photo session scheduled for a weekday
1-hour access for decorating and logistics planning scheduled for a weekday
