On the right, paired IG3T's in a vertical column array format. The columns just overpower the subs but for many applications that works fine.

In an act of faith that 2022 will have an active live music season, I'm doing some upgrades. Here I'm testing a Yamaha DZR-315 over 2 QSC KW-181 subs. Sounds great and well it punches hard! Also testing a Yamaha DSR-112 as a top of the same two QSC subs. The DZR 315 is not hooked up and is just a very expensive speaker stand in the second shot 😉

In bound are set of dbTechnology IG3T which I'm excited about.

These investments will result in great clarity, more punch and longer throw.

Let's hope they are put to use hard in 2022!

It took a little longer than I thought it would but it is official... my entire 2020 schedule has cancelled. On the upside, I'll ride my bicycles and take Kona, the GSL mascot for walks and swim sessions bunch more.

Yes it's a bit of a drag to have worked to get the business going and see things crater with sustainability in sight but... I am sure not alone in that and feel for those that had more at stake. No whining here!

I am beyond OK with safety first! See ya in 2021 I hope!

We just added the JBL EON 1 Pro to our rental inventory. This is a battery powered column array with built in mixer. Say you want to get married in a beautiful Gorge location but there is no power. Got that covered for up to around 150 people. No rumbling generator, no exhaust fumes.
.. and no big black boxes cluttering up the view. The thin profile of the Eon One Pro disappears into the scene.

We pair the speaker with a Sennheiser AVX wireless mic system. A small clip on mic and transmitter are attached to your officiant's holy book the rechargable receiver plugs into the speaker.

To support videography, the mixer in the column array can feed a second transmitter with the receiver attached to the video camera.

We are taking rental reservations now for the 2020 season.
