Flip # 6 🏠 is in the books!! This one challenged me in so many ways…first time buying a house at a foreclosure sale, first time dealing with an eviction, going way over budget, risking the most money I ever have on a flip, and so much more.

Long days and nights but I got through it. As always thanks to my team of contractors for all of their hard work in bringing this project to the finish line. Big shout out to my guy Geoff Smith for his constant support.

Came across a ticket from one of my early shows I put on. This was damn near a decade ago!! I can't believe how far I've come and what my events have evolved to.

Brick by brick, piece by piece I've built a loyal following and I am immensely grateful to all of you who have come along on this journey.

There have been lots of ups and downs but I wouldn't trade any of it. I had a vision and I knew that if I kept grinding I would get there. I'm excited for the future and what lies ahead.

I COULD NOT do this without you guys. I'm always humbled by the amount of love and support you all show to me. I will NEVER take any of it for granted
