I don't usually write reviews, but W/E Florist is not just another flower shop -- it's something much more personal.
I live in Hayward, and my daughter lives in Ukiah. Over the past year, Will, the owner and operator, has created more than a dozen arrangements for me to send to her. Each time, the flowers weren't just beautiful -- they became a bridge that's helped me reconnect and reunite with my daughter.
Will doesn't just take an order. He listens. He's kind, patient, and takes the time to walk me through the details. He'll even stop and say, "Let's make it a little extra special. What does she like? What memory can we add to this arrangement?" That extra thought, that personal care, is something you don't get everywhere.
One of the most meaningful moments was when I thought of sending just a dozen roses. Instead, Will guided me toward an arrangement of red roses blended with little pink roses that reminded me of my little girl, complete with a teddy bear and succulents cascading down. It wasn't just flowers -- it was a message of love, memory, and connection.
I've never met Will in person, but after so many thoughtful interactions, I feel like he's more than a florist -- he's a brother, a friend, someone who genuinely cares about me and my family. His artistry, reliability, and heartfelt service are unmatched. Every delivery has been on time, exactly as promised, and somehow even better than I imagined.
I've told myself I have to come in one day, meet him and his staff in person, and thank them for all they've done for me and my daughter. Until then, I'll keep saying it here: W/E Florist is the very best -- top-notch service, trustworthy delivery, and most importantly, arrangements infused with love and care.
If you want flowers that are more than flowers -- if you want something meaningful, beautiful, and deeply personal -- this is the place.
