After a year off hiatus, my photo calendar is back for 2025! Featuring some of the best of my most recent photos, these photo calendars make a great gift or addition to your own home or office. The calendars are 11x17 when opened (made up of two 8.5x11 pages) and are $25 each. I can arrange for local pickup or can ship for an additional fee.

The sunrise on this morning seemed a bit otherworldly. Usually you get up at O-dark-thirty to get setup to capture just a couple minutes of that amazing sunrise light. However, that gorgeous light seemed to stretch out and go on and on for us on this particular morning. It was a beautiful thing to sit back and behold.

We lovingly referred to this place, in the Many Glacier area of Glacier National Park, as Dead Tree Hill for obvious reasons, proving even things that are dead bring beauty into the world.

Thanks to .snow_photo, as always, for being the Yoda to this padawan!

I went on a photo trip to Glacier National Park a few weeks ago with .snow_photo and I’m finally getting to work on some of my images. Glacier is a land of grandeur and just flat out gorgeous. Endless photo possibilities!

Recently had the opportunity to head up to the Mammoth Lakes area. What an indescribably beautiful part of California. If you’ve never been there, plan a trip!

Meanwhile, at Lake Mendocino… Wow! I have been attempting to get good bald eagle shots for years and they have eluded me. Yesterday was my day! Who says you can’t check bucket list items off in your hometown on a random Saturday afternoon in April?!
