So excited to be finally working on my cookbook! Now for a year of hard work and dedication, but also fun.

I was seeking a goodie that was low in carbohydrates and possibly less sugar. With the slight drop in temperature it was time to do some chocolate dipping.

At the top we have marzipan filled slabs, making it one of the higher protein candies because of the ground almonds. 
The middle row is like an Almond Joy, only with whole hazelnut on top, using organic coconut and sweetened with honey, to make it less of a sugar bomb.

The bottom row is a whole hazelnut wrapped in marzipan & dipped in salted chocolate, and then some snow caps in a cup, making me miss going to the movies.

Beautiful roasted organic beet and walnut salad with goat cheese, hazelnut vinaigrette & balsamic reduction drizzle.

What’s for breakfast? Almond crusted French toast(whole wheat) with smoked turkey and oat crumb peaches. So healthy AND delicious!
The egg dip has orange zest, almond extract and vanilla. Don’t forget the real maple syrup. It just needs a little drizzle.
