And if you want someone else to take some of the work off your plate, Black Dog Functions offers coordination, setup, cleanup, DJ, photography, décor, rentals and more — and the more you bundle with us, the more we can work with you.

Do I have any brides that need some premade boquets?

Due to a cancelation, Wick n Petal Company has one silk bridal bouquet, 1 MOH bouquet, 7 bridesmaid bouquets, 12 boutonnieres, & 6 corsages for sale for $850 (shipping included!) This package + extra add-ons is normally $1100 so that is a $250 savings! The colors are dusty pink, sage green, white, & tan/brown. 📣 VENDORS WANTED — Hidden Gem Rummage is growing!
We’re currently looking to add more unique vendors to the Rummage family, especially:
• Kid vendors — crafts, fun things & more
• Farmers market goods — veggies, eggs, etc.
• Seasonal goodies
• Home décor
• Metal works
• Antiques
• Face painters
• Book goods
• Pet vendors — leashes, collars, clothing, treats, etc.
• Beef jerky
• Vehicle goodies
• Soft pretzels
• Custom cowboy hats
• Belts
• Western wear
• And other unique vendors that bring something different to the market!
At this time, we are NOT accepting additional body lotions, candles, baked goods, or plant vendors. Several categories are already at capacity, and those applications will not be approved right now due to a growing waitlist.

Beginning January 2027, Hidden Gem Rummage will be held every SECOND SATURDAY of the month, with one exception:
February 2027 — February 20
All other 2027 markets will be held on the second Saturday.

PRIVATE PROPERTY NOTICE

Hidden Gem Villa is **privately owned property** and is not open to the public for unscheduled access.

The property is not a public park, community space, or location that may be entered or used without prior authorization.

Anyone wishing to visit the property, take photographs, tour the grounds, or otherwise use the venue must have a scheduled appointment and the appropriate signed waiver, rental agreement, or contract on file.

If you would like to use Hidden Gem Villa for photography, you are required to contact us in advance, schedule your session, complete the required paperwork, and pay the applicable rental fee.

Entering the property without permission is trespassing.

The property is monitored by security cameras, and footage is reviewed. Unauthorized access will be documented and may be provided to law enforcement. We are prepared to pursue trespassing charges when necessary.

Please do not enter the property unless you have been specifically authorized to do so.

There will be no exception made because the property appears unoccupied, an event is not currently taking place, the gate is accessible, or you have visited previously.

If you do not have permission to be on the property, do not enter the property.

📸 PHOTOGRAPHY RENTALS

Photography sessions are $75 per hour with a 2-hour maximum.

• 1 hour — $75
• 2 hours — $150
• Sessions exceeding 2 hours are considered a facility rental
• Photographer and client must sign a liability waiver
• A tagging agreement is required for photographs shared publicly on social media
• Sessions must be scheduled and approved in advance

I seriously cannot believe I’m typing this… 1,000 FOLLOWERS. 🥹💎

When I started building Hidden Gem Villa and growing everything surrounding it, I had no idea how many people would choose to support me, encourage me, share my posts, recommend me, show up for my events, and genuinely cheer me on.

Every single follow, share, comment, booking, vendor, client, friend, and person who has told someone else about Hidden Gem has helped get me here.

And I know 1,000 followers may just look like a number to some people, but to me it represents 1,000 people who decided what I’m building was worth paying attention to. That means more to me than I can explain.

This place, this business, the Rummage, the events, the crazy ideas I come up with at all hours of the day 😂 — all of it has been built with so much heart. I have poured an unbelievable amount of myself into making Hidden Gem something special, affordable, welcoming, and different.

So from the absolute bottom of my heart… THANK YOU. ❤️

Thank you for supporting my little corner of East Texas. Thank you for believing in what I’m creating. Thank you for helping me grow. And thank you for reminding me that sometimes the things you build with the most heart really do find their people.
