People always ask me how this business got started.

The truth? It wasn’t a business plan or months of market research—it was one simple moment. 🤍

I spotted an old two-horse trailer sitting in a hotel courtyard that had been beautifully transformed into a bar. Most people probably walked right by and thought, “That’s so cute.”

I couldn’t stop thinking about it.
As a horse mom, my mind immediately jumped to horse shows. I pictured a cozy, welcoming space where competitors, trainers, families, and friends could gather, relax, grab a drink, and enjoy a little extra hospitality during those long days at the barn.

That one spark of inspiration eventually turned into the vintage horse trailer hospitality business you see today. 🤗

It’s a good reminder that sometimes the best ideas come from looking at something old... and simply imagining what it could become. ✨

We’ve noticed quite a few new faces around here lately, so we thought it was the perfect time to reintroduce ourselves! 🐴✨

Hi, I’m Sarah, the owner behind The Pop-Up Pony.

What started as a conversation with my daughter turned into a business built around creating memorable experiences and bringing people together. What began as a little dream between the two of us has grown into something bigger than we ever imagined.

From the beginning, my goal wasn’t just to create a unique mobile event space—it was to help make special moments even more memorable.

And after all this time, my favorite part is still the same: meeting amazing horse-loving people, making new connections, and seeing the excitement and smiles on the faces of kids and parents. The people we’ve met along the way are truly what make this journey so special.
