Meet the team - Lacey Lancaster

Lacey Lancaster is a dedicated Escrow Officer at Alliance Title and Escrow. With her background in lending and office management, she is well-equipped to guide clients through the intricacies of the escrow process, making their journey seamless and efficient.

In everything she does she brings an unwavering commitment to personal growth, integrity, and advocacy, making a difference both professionally and personally.

Currently, she serves as a Volunteer for the Magic Valley Pediatric Cancer Coalition. Previously she held the positions of Marketing Director, Family Liaison, and Treasurer, leveraging her professional skill set to contribute positively to the organization. Giving back to the community and helping families navigate the challenges of a pediatric cancer diagnosis has been immensely rewarding and enriching, shaping her perspective and fueling her drive to make a difference in the lives of others.

As a fitness enthusiast who also enjoys golf, she strives to maintain a balanced lifestyle, incorporating her passion for health and well-being at both work and home.

As Co-owner of The Gaslamp Event Center, Lacey brings her knowledge in customer service, bookkeeping and event planning. Helping to plan extravagant benefits and parties, she has all the tools to help your dream event come true here at The Gaslamp.

Above all, she is a loving wife and proud mother of five remarkable children, four daughters and one son, whose laughter and joy brightens her life every day.

Meet the Team - Matthew Lancaster!

As a local business person (Regional VP/Manager of Bluprint Home Loans) in Twin Falls, Matt saw the need to create a scene to help downtown Twin Falls thrive and grow. Recognizing the importance of community development and the potential for downtown revitalization, he took the initiative to establish a vibrant event space that caters to the diverse needs of Twin Falls residents!

Through his role as a co-founder of the Magic Valley Pediatric Cancer Coalition and current President of the Magic Valley Builders Association he continues to be a catalyst for positive change and growth in Twin Falls!

With an entrepreneurial spirit, passion for innovation, and a dedication to serving the community, he has become a driving force in shaping the local event scene and providing a welcoming environment for individuals and businesses to come together and thrive.

Matthew is a dedicated husband and father of five, in his free time he enjoys golfing, hunting, and spending time with his family.
