Susan Huckle is a Los Angeles based actor and emerging memoirist originally from Santa Maria, California. A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, she has appeared in television series including Jane the Virgin, The Mindy Project, and Nickelodeon productions, alongside numerous Los Angeles theater performances.

For more than a decade, Susan hosted the Special Effects Show at Universal Studios Hollywood, where she continues to perform. Bringing her extensive performance background and distinctive humor to memoir, she explores deeply personal stories with a unique voice and perspective.

Join us Saturday, November 14, at The Palms in Wonder Valley for an evening of readings and storytelling featuring nine authors inspired by the landscapes, people, and stories of the Hi-Desert.

Hosted by Natasha Beranek, this special gathering brings together Abigail Stewart, Derrick Davis, Mary Camarillo, Caryn Davidson, Julia Knobloch, David W. Berner, Catherine Auman, Kenneth Pinckney, and Mike Vail for an intimate celebration of literature, creativity, and the stories that connect us.
