Howdy, y’all! We’re gonna be this Wednesday 12/10 from 5 to 9 pm!

Our Wednesday Pizza Special (not pictured) is gonna have Italian sausage, spinach, feta, pepperoncinis, mozzarella, and marinara! This pie would pair great with the New Dawn Chenin Blanc blend available at Más! It’s crisp and easy with a slight hint of peach.

Another great wine and pizza pairing recommendation is our Patsy (pepperoni, slide 3) and the Gentle Folk Vin de Sofa! A chilled pinot noir blend, which lends itself to hanging on the patio at Más or lounging on the couch! Glass in one hand, slice of pizza in the other.  It’s thirst quenching, one bite pizza, one sip vino. Repeat.

21+ only. Drink responsibly! 🍕🍷 More wine and pizza pairings to come!

We’ll be taking a l’il break after this one, but we’ll be back at it on Saturday 12/20 for Más’s XMAS PARTY (5 to 9 pm, with fun stuff happening all day starting at 11 am) 🎅

We’ve been catering everywhere lately. Joshua Tree. Twentynine Palms. Palm Springs. Pioneertown. Morongo Valley. Yucca Valley. Wonder Valley.

We’re grateful for every catering client that’s invited us into their celebrations, from wedding parties under the stars to backyard birthdays and corporate events. Each one is unique, and it’s an honor to be part of these moments, keeping people fed and happy while the music, conversations, and memories unfold. Feels pretty great to get compliments from guests about our pizza and salad, too!

We’re also super grateful for our crew, who shows up with heart, hustle, laughter, and good vibes, no matter how far the drive. None of this happens without them. We love all y’all (you know who you are)!

🩸Spatter Pep: pepperoni, mozzarella, and spattered with marinara (pictured)

🩸Spatter Cheese: mozzarella, grated Parmesan, blue cheese, and spattered with marinara (pictured)

🕷️ Elvira: mozzarella, sun-dried tomatoes, house-pickled Fresno peppers, feta, and our very own black ricotta, made with squid ink(!) and garlic (pictured)

🐔 The Cluckening: buffalo sauce pulled chicken, fresh sliced jalapeños, blue cheese, and finished with grated carrots and a light drizzle of Frank’s RedHot sauce; includes a side of blue cheese dressing for dipping (not pictured)

Hey y’all! This Wednesday 9/24 (tomorrow) from 4:30–5:30 pm we’ll have a VERY LIMITED run of Detroit style pizzas, pre-order only! DM us to reserve yours, first come first served. If we sell out, don’t worry, we’ll bring them back soon. Limit 2 per person, no vegan or gluten-free option (yet).

Our Neapolitan-ish pizza will be available, too, after we’re done with these! Serving until 9pm or sold out.

Detroit style options:
• Pepperoni (cup-and-char, of course)
• Two Cheese (mozzarella + fontina)

What makes it special: our same dough, but in a thick, fluffy Detroit style, with mozzarella and a crispy caramelized cheese crust known as frico, and finished with marinara, Parmesan, Calabrian pepper–whipped ricotta, and basil.

Hey y’all, just want to give a BIG THANK YOU to everyone who comes out to for our pizza! We couldn’t be doing this without you. Extra love to those who tell us our pizza’s “worth waiting for” and that roll with our varied wait time!

Here’s the thing: Every pizza we make is made to order. When a bunch of tickets hit us, one after another, it’s like rush hour traffic. Since we can’t predict how many people will show up and when, maybe you wait ten minutes, maybe an hour, but trust that we’re working hard to get each pizza out in the order it came in. (Pro tip: show up early and put your order in when we start!)

Of course, one of our goals is to sell out every night, but only after making sure each pizza meets our standard. This past Saturday we sold almost double (in two hours) what we sold the Saturday before (in four). We go in with an expectation but don’t know what to expect, and we’re sorry to those we have to turn away when we sell out!

We’re a real mom-and-pop business, with our friends (and sometimes our kids - we have four) helping us out. Our son Elliott worked with us this past Saturday! We’re definitely NOT a big chain, we don’t have hot-and-ready pizzas passing time under a heat lamp. With us, every pizza is hot, fresh, and made just for you. It’s kind of our thing.

After ordering, most folks grab a drink or two, haang out, and make a night of it while they wait. We love y’all for that. Más loves you for that. So thanks again for your patience and for making the nights we’re out doing our thing such a blast!

Rise and shine, y’all 🌞 Our new breakfast sandwich just dropped !

Meet our Summer Veg & Egg Breakfast Sandwich — loaded with egg (scrambled with spinach, roasted red peppers, and extra garlic), artichokes, cheddar cheese, roasted potato slices, all on our scratch-made tomato-garlic focaccia (same dough as our pizza 🍕). Served with a side of our Calabrian chili aioli.
