That’s why we do what we do. If, for a day at the Festival, we can bring a smile to a face that’s felt little reason to smile, a laugh to a heart that’s almost forgotten how to laugh, a dance to the feet that have felt the need to rush wherever they go, we have done what we set out to do.

Heading to bed soon, after a great Second weekend at the New York Renaissance Faire. Beautiful weather, and such a wonderful energy! So many people having so much Fun, Guests and Participants alike! Families from all over, some at RenFaire for the first time, others thrilled to be bringing their own kids to the place they loved as children. All with their own stories of how they came to be Here, Now.
I got to Play with them, introduce them a little to our world, and then hear about their day at the end of it!
I love my job!
