Celebrated another successful year of events with the team at the Tala Events holiday party last night! You may recognize some faces like your coordination team that takes care of you on wedding days: Jessica, Sandy, Madison, Kiana & Alyssa. Some faces you might not recognize, our set-up coordinators: Laila, Evie & Aiden. Of course, the team wouldn’t be complete without recognizing my hubby who not only helps with business logistics, but helps manage the household while I’m working on weekends!

I am so beyond grateful for this team of people that support, encourage and work so hard all year long! We enjoyed painting and dinner which was a great team bonding night and a celebration of their continued dedication to producing beautiful and successful events for all our amazing clients.

We are amped up and ready for our 2025 celebrations with even more new team members joining us next year and some exciting changes that I can’t wait to share with you! 😉

Appreciating the details. 💕

You may not think initially about the importance of having your accessories, bouquet ribbon, ring box and invitation in your color palette, but you will appreciate it when you see your details shot. Cohesive colors and fabrics beautifully work together as a starting point to your design story.

For a wedding day hint, remember to have all your accessories, invitation suite, personal items and vow books you want captured already organized in one place and ready to be photographed. Your photography team will capture these images first and you don’t want to waste precious time having them searching for all your items. Being organized prior will make sure you efficiently use your paid time and will make sure you stay on point with your timeline!

Classic + elegant is always on trend!

I know a lot of couples opt for a personal cake these days, but a multi-tier beauty like this wedding cake really makes a statement and double duties as decor and dessert. 😉

Another quick tip.. always make sure you have a presentable backdrop for your cake. Where you position your cake table is really important for your cake cutting pictures.
