How did I go from a carefree college kid to being an SUV mom taxiing my little ones around? I'm not sure where all the time in between went. What I do know is that all the space in between are the moments that made up my life. Though being a young girl doesn’t seem as if it was that long ago, now I am a mother of two children and a previous advertising executive. Along the way, I have learned a fe

w lessons. I've learned that life is as precious as it is delicate and unpredictable. I've learned that life passes in the blink of an eye and that it's all the tiny moments that quickly pass that make up our lives. That's why every moment should be celebrated with enthusiasm and fervor and never taken for granted. It was from these thoughts that the inception of Tala Events came to mind. Tala Events is based upon creativity and excitement in both budget and design. We pride ourselves on honesty and hard work. We are professional and yet as friendly as if you were family! Tala Events will help transform your event into a true celebration of life! We offer full-service planning & styling as well as hourly creative consultations and vendor recommendations. Life is best when we make each moment special and we allow our gratitude and zest for life to fill our hearts. Happy Lunar New Year! Celebrating love, culture, and traditions in every beautiful way is at the heart of what we do. Today marks the start of the Lunar New Year; a time for new beginnings, family, prosperity, health, longevity, and honoring traditions. This gorgeous wedding embodied all of this and more, featuring a fun dragon dance that brought color, movement, and joy to the celebration!

Trending design for this year includes cool metallics like chrome, silver, and steel for decor, tablescapes, and accents.

We combined a sleek mirrored silver table and elegant silver chairs with delicate + earthy toned tabletop elements for a balanced and polished look.

Add in draping green and white flowers, from unique anthuriums to classic roses and an abundance of textures in between, this dining table design had everyone swooning.

Finding the perfect balance in design is when bold and understated blend to pure beauty.

I just love a good before & after video! 😉

This ballroom was not your traditional square and so with several floor plan ideas created, we used a mix of rounds, long serpentine and u-shaped tables to create the perfect dining space.

This one’s for the musicians who bring our events to life! 🎶

Live music has such an incredible way of setting the tone welcoming guests as they arrive, stirring emotions during the ceremony, creating the perfect ambiance for cocktail hour, and elevating the reception to the next level. And of course, an amazing DJ to keep the energy going into the late hours is always a must!

This couple really enjoyed string instruments, so we had a harpist for the ceremony, cellist for cocktail hour and violinist accompany our DJ throughout the reception. The result was magical!! ✨

Forever grateful for the talented musicians and DJs who create the soundtrack to our weddings.
