Trails. All trails are one way except purple.
Along with the TrailTasticMap, we have a paper map that everyone receives at admission.
All the trails are marked with trail color arrows.

We offer guided rides all weekend if you would like a guided ride. You will see a sign up for guided rides. Wait there and a trail team member will take you or your group out.

Trail team members will be on the trails all weekend. If you need help or anything. They have a sticker in their windshield that says "JTS STAFF"
Maps are sponsored by 4wd Outfitters.

Sub-event sign ups. All sign up forms are at the trading post. The girls with Country Girl Enterprises LLC will get you set up.

*Night rides- easy, moderate, hard. 20.00 per rig

* barbie jeep races. Included in admission( must sign waiver)

* kids power wheel derby. Included in admission.( must sign waiver)

Beginners and recovery ride. included in admission

All other subevents just show up and get in line.

Map Update!

A local app developer presented an alternative to Avenza and some of the other mapping apps.
The app is called TrailTasticMaps and is available for iPhone and Android.

The app will come preloaded with the JTS map.
Once you install TrailTasticMap, go to MENU --> Filter By Trail System --> rattlesnake-saloon-al

For our littlest off roaders.
Draggin’ Wagon Designs will be offering fairy hair, washable tattoos and they will have a rubber ducky pick to win prizes.
We will also have the inflatables up all day sponsored by off-road misfits.
We also have the kids power wheel derby Saturday for ages 3-9. Be sure to bring their power wheels.
Yall make sure you come into the vendor area, meet the vendors and get you something good. Listen to the live music sponsored by The Worx Auto Detail, LLC and let the kids play awhile.
The playground will also be open, along with the pool.

We are 9 days out everyone! With that being said We will be putting out information each day leading up to the event.
Admission and pricing.
*we charge per rig, no charge for passengers or extra drivers.
Weekend pass is 75.00
Day passes available.
Cash. When possible please pay with cash. Our goal is to get you through admission as quickly as possible. Paying cash moves that along pretty quick. When you using a card you have to park, get out and go in the office.
Camping is separate from JTS Off-Road Adventure . All registered campers have access to the pool located near the silos and the lodge.

A quick update regarding JTS Adventure maps and Avenza Maps.

For the past few events, many attendees have used Avenza Maps to view the official JTS trail maps. Unfortunately, Avenza recently made major changes to its platform and subscription model. Free users can no longer reliably use custom imported maps without a paid subscription, and map publishers are currently unable to update maps through the Avenza Map Store.

Because of these changes, our trail map creator, Chad Overcast , has set up a website to provide alternate downloads and map resources for JTS Adventure attendees:

The page includes updated GPX and KML map files along with recommendations for alternative apps. Feel free to comment below if you have a particular app that works well with the file downloads.

Please understand there is no perfect replacement for the old Avenza workflow. Different apps support GPX/KML files differently, and some may not preserve colors or styling exactly as intended. We are still testing and refining the best options moving forward.

If you are currently using Avenza and everything is still working for you, there is no immediate need to change anything. This page is simply intended to provide alternatives and updated downloads for anyone affected by the recent changes.
