If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
This week had been a busy baking week 🤗 sitting in reflection, I remember that feeling of defeat, of wanting to give up because it seemed like something always went wrong as I was progressing with my cakes and recipes. But one thing I've never had an issue with was my buttercream 😍 when they say "ol faithful" they were talking about my leading lady right here! She's silky, she's smooth, she's delicious, and she's consistent. I've tried many cake & dessert recipes over the years, but my vanilla buttercream remains solid for 8+ years strong ✨️ You go, girl! 🥹

Is it just me or...when I'm baking, I'm in my zone. Headphones on, jamz blasting, and mood set 😌 and quite frankly, I prefer no interruptions 😅
The only thing on my mind in that moment is the look on my client's face after revealing the sweet masterpiece ✨️🤗 I honestly live for it! It's truly why I do what I do. To make YOUR day, your event, an everlasting memory.
So if you see me bobbing and weaving at the stove, just know that "this is my jam" & this cake is about to be the bomb 🙂‍↕️ (the thigh twerk says it all 😂)
