Walt founded Carsons Cans in 2012, and from that point on, it was his pride and joy. He poured his entire life into the business and grew it to the point of having multiple employees and many valued customers.
In 2024, I started working part time at my father’s business. I learned quickly that his emphasis on exceptional customer service and cleanliness is what helped him grow his business to what it is today. He set a high standard and expected the same from his employees.
Fast forward to 2025, and we are met with unexpected news and a terrible diagnosis for Walter. On May 26th, Walter passed away after a quick and brutal battle with pancreatic cancer.
These unexpected circumstances left Erin and I with some very big decisions. It didn’t take long for us to decide that we would grab the reins and carry on Walt’s legacy and his commitment to Carson’s Cans.
Now that the dust has settled, it has left room to reflect back on what it took to take on this business. It has been no easy task but thanks to our great friends, supportive family, and amazing employees, we have been able to keep the business successfully running, which has allowed us to carry out Walt’s memory.
Anyone who knows me knows that I’m not afraid of a challenge, and certainly not afraid of hard work. It is my number one goal to prioritize customer satisfaction, like my dad did. We are committed to providing, clean, sanitized toilets for job sites, parties, events and more and pride ourselves on timely delivery, quality, and consistent routine service.
We’re grateful to be a part of this supportive community and are excited to continue Walt’s legacy of Carson’s Cans.
As you plan for summer parties, home renovations, or hear someone talking about how they need a portable toilet, we hope you consider keeping it local by choosing Carson’s Cans.
