I've made some changes recently and have downsized my dress inventory.
I now only have dresses with sleeves, and I am no longer renting them out, but just lending them free of charge. I have so many beautiful formal dresses! If you would like to borrow one for an upcoming formal, please give me a call and you can come try them on.

We're back up and running! We're settled in our new house, and it's now permitted and I'm licensed for business.
Prom is coming up and I have lots of beautiful dresses. Message or call to setup a time to come try on dresses.

I haven't gotten a permit for business for my new home yet, so I'm currently not accepting work. I will post when things are up and running again.

Announcement:
I'm due with my 4th baby mid April. Hooray!!!
I'll be taking work through the middle/possibly end of March, and won't be working during April and May. Sorry, I know this is a busy time with school dances and weddings.
So give me a call to rent/get alterations done on your dresses now.
(Super funny, I scrolled down and saw that I made almost the exact same announcement 2 years ago.)

Wow, I just saw this picture on my personal feed from my facebook memories. It's been 3 years since I got my first business license for Ella's Gowns! I have loved working with so many fantastic women and young women. This last year was busy, and I learned a ton. Some of the fun projects/dresses I worked on were: repairing a wedding dress, tons of dress alterations, adding a lace up back to an amazing engagement dress, altering and creating costumes, and dresses for school formals.

Introduction to Sewing- One Day Lesson! Pillowcase
When: January 9, 2016 from 10 am to Noon
Where: My house (1345 Dalarna Way, Turlock)
What: Each participant will learn sewing basics sewing their own pillowcase to take home.
Open to 5 participants. Participants should be 10 years or older.
Cost: $15 including materials or $10 if you bring your own fabric and thread.

Announcement:
In 4 weeks I am due with our 3rd baby. Because of this, I will not be accepting work for the month of March (sorry, I know this is some schools prom time). I will still be renting and selling dresses as they are through March, but will not be available to do any type of alterations to the dresses. I will be accepting work through February 16th, so if you know you'll need some work done for March, please feel free to bring it to me in the next two weeks to get it done early. I'll hopefully be back accepting work in April, but it will depend on how things are going with our new little girl. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Thanks so much!

I finished this dress this week for my beautiful sister, and love how it turned out. I added full sleeves and back. Such a pretty dress.
