What an amazing afternoon for a great local cause! Thank you so much to our friends at for choosing us to cater their luncheon! This important organization partners with ranchers to preserve working landscapes throughout our state, and some are even right here in Tuolumne County! Preservation of our ranches is so important, and we are so grateful for them! We’d also like to give a special thanks to Sardella Ranch for opening their working land to host this beautiful event! Congratulations are in order for one of our sweet past brides turned mom-to-be, Danielle! We had the pleasure of catering her beautiful wedding in Twain Harte a couple years back, and now the honor of catering her baby shower at Davis Ranch this past Saturday! At the end of each year, we go all out for the people who go all out for us! Sierra Smoke wouldn’t be the same without this amazing crew, and rewarding them for their hard work is something we take to heart! Mathiesen Memorial Health Clinic’s Holiday Dinner was a sight to see! We created a custom menu together for a night to remember! Prime rib, au jus, and a horseradish cream with all of the delicious sides and options you could imagine to complement! We also elevated our usual appetizers + charcuterie with seasonal touches to make it extra special! These are some of our favorite events to cater!
