🎨 We're so excited to introduce our newest facilitator, Debra Lee Osborne, presented in conjunction with the North Branch Art Trail who will be teaching YOU how to draw. You can clearly see her talent in this pencil drawing she did.

Debra has been an artist her whole life. Self-taught, passionate, and published since she was twelve. But here's what makes her special as a teacher: she knows what it feels like when art is the only way you can express yourself.

That's the energy she brings into the room. And that's the energy you'll feel when you sit down, pick up a pencil, and surprise yourself.

No experience needed. Just curiosity.

When it comes to Bigfoot, we're bringing in a very well-known Bigfoot expert to lead the discussion and share stories. We're excited to introduce Pennsylvania Bigfoot Investigations! Come listen to him talk Squatch during our Bigfoot and Brews event on July 9th at Susquehanna Brewing Co.!

Excited to introduce our partnership with the Susquehanna Brewing Co. for a crazy cool night of Bigfoot and Brews! It'll be a night to share Bigfoot stories (and hear from a Bigfoot expert whom we'll introduce in another post) and do a glass Bigfoot craft. Plus, you get a FREE beer with each craft!

They offer a number of rotating signature and seasonal brews and pride themselves on having "People Beer by Beer People." If you're ever free on Saturdays at 2 pm, stop by the brewery for a free tour.

Make sure to mark your calendar for July 9th, starting at 7 pm. Stop by (no exact start time) or register using the link in our event listing (also in the first comment). We appreciate the registrations to help us plan for the craft. Bring the crew, and let's drink some brew!

Today the kids learned the science behind making a Taba Squishy. They poured, mixed, added color, prepped their mold, and now we wait for the molds to set.

Next week they get to see their creations and start the decorating process.

We have a really cool crystal art class coming up, and wanted to share some examples of what a finished project could look like.

In this class, you'll be working with polished crystals of different sizes and gluing them into a wooden picture frame. You can follow suggested patterns or create your own.

We have two different crystal sets you can choose from:
💜 Rose – A romantic stone for gentle, warm, and emotional balance
💎 Clear Quartz – Amplification, cleansing, and focus

-OR-

💜 Amethyst – A soothing stone for clarity, calm, and emotional balance
💎 Clear Quartz – Amplification, cleansing, and focus

At the end of the class, you'll take home a finished crystal grid art that can hang on your wall or use the stand to put on a dresser or desk.

In addition to art, it can be a meditation experience as well, as you set the intention of each stone in your grid.

We're so proud of this beginner crochet class! It started with a ball of yarn, and it ended up in crocheted hens. They learned the most important aspect of crocheting...counting! Seeing their smiles in the end made all their hard work worth it.
