Elegant florals, candlelit tables, and a menu crafted to match every moment of the night.
The evening began with passed hors d’oeuvres — beef tenderloin crostini with horseradish, sausage stuffed mushrooms, and arancini with marinara — before guests settled in for a dinner designed to impress.
First course: classic Caesar with house-made croutons, warm ciabatta, and homemade breadsticks.
Entrées: peppercorn crusted beef au poivre, parmesan crusted chicken with sun-dried tomato and balsamic glaze, sea bass with tomatoes, capers & olives, and penne vodka — finished with roasted garlic mashed potatoes and broccolini with garlic and pine nuts.
Dessert: a moment of its own — pistachio cake with white chocolate mascarpone filling, alongside cupcakes in lemon blueberry, strawberry basil, peanut butter bomb, and pistachio.
Late Night: mini cheeseburgers and fries
Signature Cocktails: set the tone all night — a classic Old Fashioned for him, an espresso martini for her.
