Elyse's Catering & Events Elyse’s Catering & Events delivers flavorful meals to tables throughout the South Sound. Elyse recognized that New York style delis didn’t exist in the area.

We design attractive displays, delicious food and provide friendly professional service. We have over 36 years of experience serving happy couples and businesses. Established 1981

In 1979, Elyse and her husband Steve relocated their family to Olympia, Washington from New York. She began preparing her own east-coast style deli salads and cheesecakes from her home. Before long, local restaurants re

quested her products as wholesale items. She expanded her operation and opened several small delis and a full-service restaurant. She operated her restaurants for over 20 years and earned a reputation for providing fresh, delicious homemade food with a focus on presentation and outstanding customer service. In January 2004, Elyse sold her restaurant and closed her retail deli to focus solely on catering and event planning. This has allowed Elyse the opportunity to provide more personalized services to her catering clientele. We continue to operate under her basic principles providing real food, real people.

Looking for a hard working individual to fill our Handyman/Dishwasher position!!

Catering Staff – Seeking creative, self-motivated and positive people to join our amazing team us as we provide outstanding food and service to our loyal customers. Previous experience in off-premise catering for corporate and social events required. Strong customer-service orientation, excellent communication skills and a professional image is a must.
Daily work is diverse and may include delivering wholesale orders to small coffee shops, setting up and delivering buffet or box lunches to large and small groups, or providing top notch service at a dinner party or cocktail hour.
Must have valid food handler’s card, alcohol server’s card and provide proof of driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. Able to lift/carry 25+ pounds and work on your feet for extended periods of time.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule that may include early mornings, evenings and/or weekends. We can be flexible with the right candidates who have current jobs and are looking to supplement their income.
