Well if you haven't heard of our sauce before this morning on the Big Mad morning Show Corbin and Biggie talk and tasted both of our sauces on the air , Biggie love the Original on potato chips and the Sweet Beef. Both of the guy's were impress with taste and the fact that they are the all natural. Looking forward to talking with them on the air soon. Thanks again Cobin and Biggie for taking time to try our sauce on the air.

A BBQ Tale

What I did over the weekend. Was,can you guess ???? If you said BBQ, you were right!! I qued up some chicken parts, some leg's, some wing's and a few breast's. They turned out fantastic!! Now when I cook,I like to cook more than I need.The leftover's go into the fridge for snacking on later. The next day the stuff was good, but the third day,this chicken was out of this world. It's the kind of good, it makes you want to suck on a chicken leg bone to get the last bit of that sauce!! Just thinking about it and writing about it makes my mouth water-up!!! Oh, I wish I hadn't eaten it all !!! Well I'll just have to cook some more.

Hello.It's been awhile since I last posted.This is what's been going on.After a few health problem's were taken care of, it was back to work getting this sauce company off the ground and into the stores.Finally the labels are printed and the new jar's are on the way.Now the kitchen was what I needed. After coming back from vacation,I was so worried about finding one, I wasn't sleeping much. After looking in the phone book,I couldn't find any listing's for renting a kitchen, so I tried the next best thing, I looked under catering.I called the first one that was not a restaurant/catering business and talked to the owner and basically made a deal over the phone. I have a kitchen to make my sauce now!! We're gearing up for the State Fair and trying to get a booth in the "Made in Oklahoma" area.We will know in a couple of day's, so come on out to the Fair and look for us, so you can try some of the finest BBQ sauce.You might find you can't stop eating it !! Hey,it's o.k., because your Uncle Dave has the sauce you'll be craving for!! It's always fresh and it's always just for you.
The Tulsa State Fair start's on Sept.26th and ends on Oct.6th.

Well yesterday, I went down and order up some tee-shirts with co. logo on the front and my saying on the back, about life is like a bottle of BBQ sauce. I will have so proofs to OK by Monday or so.

Coming in february I'm going to OSU in stillwater OK to take my recipe from home made size to retail size. Once my recipe has been supersize, I will run off 10 to 20 cases. The first jars of sauce to be ready for the stores to sell retail. I'll be able to get my sauce at perry's meat market in tulsa at both locations. So now you can get my sauce two ways, Buy from the net or from the store. you pick the way to get your sauce fix. Enjoy!!!

I met with a Ms. Harris from Whole foods she is the buyer for them. She like the company logo and label. At our meeting, She did not try any of the sauce. But she did have alot of info I needed, Thank you Amanda!
