See y’all tomorrow at Claremore Lake Shelter 1!
Please make sure to park at *lake shelter 1*, as a thinly veiled protest is happening at another part of the lake at the same time.

There will be private security, and event provided gender-free port-a-potties for everyone’s safe use! The team over at Claremore Pride has worked so hard to create this celebration of Pride, and we are so so SO excited to finally see their hard work pay off!!

🌈 DO: show up anytime from 3-8!
🌈 DO: bring a cooler for water and snacks!
🌈 DO: wear sunscreen and other protection!
🌈 DO: bring chairs or a blanket for seating!
🌈 DO: bring your dog for the Dog Show at 5:30!

🌈 DO: bring cash tips for performers and vendors!
🌈 DO: bring the kiddos! This is a family friendly Pride!

Pride at the Park is tomorrow, Saturday June 21st from 3-9 pm! A few notes to help the day go easily for everyone: alcohol is not allowed at the park, but coolers for snacks and cold drinks are. Make sure to bring chairs, sunscreen, and ways to protect yourself from the heat, and make sure to make use of our cooling station. We have private all gender restrooms available if you’re uncomfortable using the park facilities, and some fun free activities to keep kids entertained and cool! This event takes place at Claremore Lake at shelter 1 in the center of the park near the playgrounds between the pavilion and the parking lot closest to the water. Any other events located at the lake Saturday are not the Claremore Pride/Pride at the Park event, make sure you find us! We are so excited to join our community in celebrating this historic event! WE ARE STILL HERE!

It's been a long year already, and that makes this Trans Day of Visibility (TDOV) even more important. Especially in a red state like Oklahoma, our solidarity with each other and with our allies is fundamental to our livelihood here.

Sarurday, March 29th, show your visibility in the form of signs and chants as we march along, rock out trans musicians with us, be inspired by our trans speakers, and learn how YOU can get involved by talking with the 2SLGBTQIA+ supportive organizations that will present.

Want to march with us? 🚶‍♂️
Arrive and park near OKEQ at 11 am. We step off at 11:15 am.

Can't march? 🫂
Bring your blanket or chairs to Guthrie Green from 12 pm-3 pm to enjoy the music, listen in to the community conversation happening with organizations, and overall feel the community come together.

Additional details:

Please feel free to bring your own snacks and drinks but there is NO ALCOHOL ALLOWED.

We will have march marshalls to guide the march, we will be walking on sidewalks only, please listen to the people in the bright colored vests.

We will have private security, NOT cops.

We will have ASL interpretation for the left side of the stage. If you are hard of hearing or deaf, please sit on that side of the stage for a good view of the interpreter.
