Our favorite desserts so far this year are guava and cheese empanadas and chocolate caramel empanadas, oh and cheesecake filled empanadas with cinnamon and sugar dusting. Gauva is my favorite! Made 600 of these babies!

They are served with Barbacoa beef , green chilie pork, citrus chicken tacos, sides are Mexican street corn, latin slaw, Borracho beans, SW Salad, mango salasa, pico, smokie black bean and corn salsa, cojtia cheese, cilantro, limes , sour cream , pickled onion….. start cooking at 2 am on Friday. Full staff and bar. So thankful for all the great people we have serving clients.

📣 Great News! Congratulations!

Sterlin Harjo (Seminole/Mvskoke) will be honored with the Peabody Trailblazer Award at the 2026 Peabody Awards, recognizing his groundbreaking impact on television and storytelling.

Harjo is best known as the co-creator and showrunner of Reservation Dogs, a series that redefined Indigenous representation on screen, earning multiple Peabody Awards and widespread critical acclaim.

Most recently, he created, directed, and produced the FX series The Lowdown, which was named one of the best shows of 2025 by many critics, praised for its sharp writing, stylish Tulsa noir, and ambitious storytelling.

The Trailblazer Award recognizes visionaries whose storytelling shapes culture and drives social change.

Previous recipients include Issa Rae, Quinta Brunson, and Questlove.

“Sterlin Harjo has expanded the possibilities of television with work that is both deeply personal and culturally groundbreaking,” said Peabody Awards Executive Director Jeffrey Jones.

Harjo will be honored alongside Amy Poehler (Career Achievement Award) and PBS KIDS (Institutional Award) at the 86th annual ceremony on May 31 in Beverly Hills.

From the first call time to the last wrap meal, our team poured our hearts into fueling an incredible crew through long days, wild weather, and late-night shoots.
