A Denim-Inspired Celebration for Twin Boys 💙👖💙

Welcoming baby Warren & Henry was nothing short of a denim dream!

This Amazing denim-themed baby shower held at the Main Street Loft in Downtown Broken Arrow featured different shades of blue, soft white accents, and signature denim details. From tiny baby booties to adorable denim jackets displayed throughout the design, every element was crafted to celebrate the joy of this moment.

The focal point and entryway were designed with faux luxury florals by Unique Expressions & More, too LLC, and accented with layered balloon textures and pops of silver to give this event the perfect upscale touch.

A heartfelt thank you to Rhonda for continuing to trust us with your family’s special events. And congratulations to Marlee and Augstin on the arrival of your sweet twin boys. We wish you both nothing but love and blessings on this new journey!

Black Wall Street Rally 2025:
The Rodeo Edition Recap
What an incredible weekend in Tulsa, Oklahoma!

This year’s Black Wall Street Rally embraced the theme Black Wall Street Rodeo, and it was nothing short of amazing. The energy, the unity, the culture—it was all there!

The Friday Night Party set the tone with a standout Western-themed focal point featuring fresh hay, horseshoes, whiskey barrels, a horse saddle, lanterns, and faux roses—creating the perfect photo op for guests to enjoy. We were honored to bring this vision to life and celebrate in the heart of the Historic Greenwood District.

One of the most impactful moments was the Financial Literacy Panel held inside the Greenwood Cultural Center. It was the perfect addition—offering valuable insight and empowering attendees with strategies for smart financial planning and long-term success. Knowledge is power, and this panel was packed with it!

The weekend continued to be festive and full of good wholesome fun—a powerful celebration of Black Excellence and History.

The kickoff event, Champagne + History at 473 Bar, sponsored by Hennessy Moët, was a beautiful toast to our rich legacy.

The streets lit up as line dancers led by Potica Hargrove and the Tulsa Blow the Whistle team brought the crowd to life with the latest and greatest dances! And of course, the Divine 9 roll call was nothing short of epic!

We closed the night out with the legendary Zapp Band—a perfect end to a perfect day.

Thank you to everyone who made this weekend unforgettable. Until next year—stay rooted, stay proud, and keep riding high in Black Excellence!

Blessed and honored to return as the designer for the Tulsa Black Wall Street Rally!

The kickoff celebration, held at 473 Bar in Tulsa and sponsored by Hennessy Moët, was nothing short of Black excellence. The atmosphere was electric — beautiful vibes, amazing people, and energy that lit up the night.

The outdoor setting was the perfect backdrop for a luxe design featuring vibrant yellow tones, fresh lemons, and rich reddish-orange accents. It was bold, refreshing, and elevated the entire experience. From the music to the ambiance, every detail hit just right.

Grateful to be part of moments that matter, and to celebrate culture, legacy, and excellence through design.

It was a joy to incorporate the school colors, purple and white, into the design, while adding a touch of sophistication with silver and iridescent accents to create a soft and magical atmosphere.

Making a Mark on History: The Legacy Lives On💜💕💐

Last Tuesday, I had the profound honor of designing and celebrating the 110th birthday of Ms. Lessie Randle, one of the last survivors of the Tulsa Race Massacre of 1921.

This event was more than a celebration; it was a moment in history. To be in the presence of such strength and resilience was an indescribable blessing. Ms. Randle’s life is a testament to unwavering faith, perseverance, and the enduring power of legacy.

Last year, I believed it was the ultimate honor to play a part in honoring her story—but this year, God showed me yet again just how much light He continues to shine on her.

Making a Mark on History: The Legacy Lives On was more than a theme—it was a call to remember and honor the incredible journey of a woman who has witnessed and endured so much, yet stands as a beacon of hope and greatness.

None of this would have been possible without my amazing team. To each and every one of you—thank you for your dedication, creativity, and commitment to excellence. You brought this vision to life in a way that exceeded all expectations, and I am deeply grateful.

Happy 110th Birthday, Ms. Lessie Randle! May her legacy continue to inspire generations to come.

Thank you to the City of Tulsa
For choosing Unique Expressions & More, too 💜
The wreaths were used in a memorial service next to a new monument that recognizes the individuals who were found as part of the search for the names and families of victims from the 1921 Tulsa Race Massacre. The carnations were used to marknrach of the burials, most still unknown, that were found in the search, which continues.
