Sometimes I pinch myself to think that in the last year I had the honor and privilege to plan my daughter/son/in-law and son/daughter-in-laws weddings. The most fun, happy experiences. I loved that they both looked like and felt like them!

When said she thought it would be cool if their wedding would start out as black and white but would gradually get more colorful...I thought, that does sound AMAZING!!! But then I got nervous.....it's harder than it looks and I had a "client" I really wanted to please 🩵 but I've got to say I LOVE how it all turned out! It just got better and better! Absolutely no way it would have turned out without the incredible vendors we worked with in OKC! They made it everthing we could've wanted and more. Our world that night went from the classic chic black and white to the most colorful disco ball filled party scene we could have ever dreamed of. Thanks to everyone for bringing all the color to our world! It was perfect!

This last year our family has grown, our crew has expanded, broadened, deepened our connection to this place, each other. Our journey has been enriched, sweetened by the love our children have brought to us through themselves and their loves.

Pierce and Maddie's wedding was the culmination of a year of dreams coming true. In these images we see a couple beginning their life together with the full force of generations of love and good intentions coming together to see them off as they begin something beautiful...but there is also the other end of that..the culmination of their families' dreams for them to find their reflection in another.

Pierce found a light in Maddie and she brought with her all the love behind that light, a family who is steadfast and kind and fun, and we are all enjoying those rewards.

This new family that we have, where our children have more people who love them, means more love all the way around 💫 funny thing about genuine love, it makes room for more, it is abundant.

On these days, when couples get married and love is multiplied we all rejoice in the joy of more 🤍💫 and we are eternally grateful for every drop.

Although the people were the stars of the entire weekend, we think we added a few things to make it extra fun, memorable...festive!! The venue and our hosts were wonderful and gracious and our vendors were all incredible. Thanks so much to all the wonderful efforts that go into making a night for the memory books. It really is nothing short of magic ✨💫

An incredible exclamation point to the most wonderful year happened back in June. I truly spend so much of my time wondering how I got so lucky. How did I find myself in the middle of this life surrounded by the best people I know...grace is a wonderful thing.

You hope with all your heart that your children are equipped to maneuver the world, discover their path, find love, connect with others and grow their life. It's all that really matters to a parent.

I love how my son, is looking at Maddie in all of these images. Lighting up with genuine joy, but more importantly a relaxed comfort that represents their deep and abiding love, a true friendship and a belief they have in each other that each come with the best intentions, and a commitment to pursue this life together.

Their wedding weekend was down the turnpike from home to a place I've come to love, for lots of reasons but mostly because Maddie is from there and she loves where she came from. The rehearsal dinner and welcome party was a night I'll never forget. Held in Pierce's favorite restaurant in OKC, it felt like the two of them. Intimate, fun, authentic, high quality with a little spice. It was the perfect place to touch base with all the people they love so much, listen to their two sisters get choked up because of their deep respect and love for their sibling, watch two fathers beam with pride, witness two mothers grateful for their children finding their soulmate.

The joys that come in multiples, like two weddings in one year, emphasize the blessings of our lives. Gets down deep within our souls and makes a mark that deepens through the years. We sit listening to the love and the memories of the past while looking brightly towards the future and we can't help but think what a time it is to be alive.

Maddie and Pierce, we love your love. What an amazing night we had, kicking off the beginning of your life together as the Bradys. That has the perfect ring to it! My heart is full with gratitude, that you found your person, and that we get to witness your beautiful life together unfold. I love you dearly 🤍💫

In 2020 we snuck in some joy. It wasn't easy but we did and it was so beautiful. Now 3 years down the road these two have one precious little boy and another baby on the way. Their life is beautiful just like the two of them, inside and out. I've known Jen since she was the age of Griffin her son, and I love seeing her become this wonderful mom, I love that she and my daughter are still close after creating plans for a lazy river at 5 and living many years far apart, I love that she found a wonderful partner in Greg and they both work hard to create a good life together. I love that her mom and I are and will always be close that her sisters are also so precious to me and that they show up on important days for my family, that Pierce walked Lori down the aisle at Courtney's wedding and the memories of long walks in our neighborhood and Halloween nights are vivid and sweet. Life long family friendships that endure are treasures and this one started with our two oldest playing house and being engineers on South Gary Avenue and lives on, because it was important to all of us. We love you both and love your little family. Happy anniversary you two!! All the best details came to play, including a cake fire truck with working lights 🚨 Everything was all so darn cute, you can't help smile. We really love being a part of these moments and getting to know our families on these memory making days ♥️

Our most popular rental, the siren, and you can see she calls your name. We love its clean lines and its transparent natures allows for some of our other decor to have their moments too. Black or white trimmed, the siren is quickly becoming a classic.

Wrapping up our look back at our last two weekends we found ourselves on the beautiful Oklahoma plains just outside the great city of Pawhuska. I remember in college I had a friend from Pawhuska and he invited us to a Friday night lights football game there, and back then in 1979 I remember thinking how charming it was. I love how has brought the attention back to this small town and by virtue all the small towns. And the beauty of knowing your neighbor even if they are acres away 🤍 Btw the way she's brought the best pizza I've ever had too Go get some, now!

We were so honored to help host "a darn good time" (she gave us this great tag line for the invitation) at her home. A very fun engagement party filled with all the important things including a mechanical bull, cowboy and cowgirl hats, ranch water and wide open spaces. It was a dream for me 💫

Looking at these pictures makes me think falls right around the corner. And I'm darn goodin and ready for that sweet life (see what I did there 😉)

A GOODIN TIME was had by all! Found ourselves in the magic spell of where everything shines and we OF COURSE were HERE for IT! This was such a wonderful event to plan. There was so much joy behind it working with and to create an amazing night of celebration prior to their destination wedding in September. Hannah and our wonderful friends created the invitations and back stage passes which were amazing and deserve their own posts. We took so much inspiration from those creations and came up with a fun and very happy plan fitting for the iconic

All the amazing vendors from that day brought their A game and tbh their A game is really A++++++++

We couldn't be luckier than to do what we do for people like Hannah and Wyatt, you make our dreams come true 💫💕
