I feel like these photos say it all… if you’ve ever wondered how much I love what I do, this is it 😂

That’s the kind of joy I get watching every one of my couples step into the start of forever. And this year, I’ve already had more bookings and inquiries than my first TWO years combined!!!

Hi there! I realized it’s been a while since I’ve properly introduced myself — and these beautiful new headshots taken at The Burnett Mansion, where I currently serve as the Event & Sales Coordinator, felt like the perfect excuse. (shoutout to Gary Box for taking some awesome photos!) ✨

I’m Caitlyn Matthews, Owner & Lead Planner of Humble Grounds Events and the Event & Sales Coordinator at The Burnett Mansion in Sapulpa. My love for wedding planning started young — watching rom-coms with my mom and sister — and it’s grown into a career I truly adore. After earning my degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management from Oklahoma State University, I’ve had the privilege of helping couples and clients create celebrations that feel genuine, intentional, and full of heart.
