Over 10 years ago Mary was attending a wedding when she noticed the mother of the bride, still in her formal dress, washing forks at the sink. It turns out there wasn't enough forks for the dessert, so mom stepped in (as moms do) to solve the problem.

In the middle of what should have been one of the most joyful nights of her life, she was stuck handling logistics instead of enjoying her daughter’s wedding day.

That's when Mary realized how important wedding planners are and how she could help families in Tulsa enjoy their wedding days without any added stress!

Brides and their families should be fully present—laughing, dancing, and making memories—not worrying about behind-the-scenes details. That’s why we do what we do. As wedding planners, we step in so moms, dads, and loved ones can enjoy the day without a second thought about schedules, vendors, or, yes, even forks.

We’re getting so close to our spring weddings! If you’re getting married this spring your invitations should be sent and the RSVP’s should be rolling in! A good rule of thumb is to set your RSVP’s to be returned 30 days out, so your vendors can start getting their final counts in.

The weather in Tulsa today is making us think about plan b’s for weather 😬❄️🌨️🎪

So for our Tip Tuesday, we’re talking about the importance of having a backup plan for weather, or really anything 🥲

Brides, we know no one wants to plan for the worst-case scenario - but trust us you’ll be grateful if you do! It’s so much easier to execute a plan b than it is to scramble to find solutions and get them approved by everyone on wedding day!

Start by walking through your wedding day:

If you’re getting married outside (especially in Oklahoma), make sure you have a solid backup plan for rain, wind, snow, or extreme heat. Whether it’s securing a tent, reserving an indoor space, or having a plan for cozy blankets and heater, having a clear plan b makes ex*****on seamless and stress-free!

Life is unpredictable, but your wedding day does not have to be !!

Featured wedding is an outdoor tent wedding on Boston in Downtown. Luckily at this wedding, plan a worked out perfectly and the guests danced outside on New Year’s Eve. 🥂🥳🎉🍾

Are you using something special from your mother’s wedding? Did you choose your shoes to match your unique style? All of these tiny little pieces make up the larger picture of how special this day is to you, so you definitely want to have your photographer capture it!

To get the perfect detail shots make sure you gather your must have items ahead of time!

Some common items include:

• Invitations (any stationary from the day)
• Rings (all three if possible)
• Florals from the day
• Sentimental items or heirlooms
• Champagne flutes

Every small piece helps tell the story of your day’s unique vibe. ✨

Since this company was founded in 2010, we have been blessed to help execute hundreds of events! We have seen so many kinds of celebrations and are always so inspired by the differences in style and priorities each client has! We love learning the whole story during the initial consultation that helps lay the framework of each specific event.

Every member of our team has the same passion and service minded work ethic. We work for you, and we are only successful if you are completely pleased with your event! Our planning style focuses on your priorities, logistics and guest experience above everything. So, when we get to design décor, timelines, layouts, and suggest vendors, you know that we are setting your event up to be the one your guests will want to relive over again. This is a no pressure, no “extra fluff” style of planning, which always results in a happy budget and happy client!

Logistics is a huge part of what we do. Considering any possible worst-case-scenario, we will create preventative solutions before the problem even occurs. This helps us ensure an enjoyable event for all! Every unique celebration teaches us something we can apply to future adventures with our clients. We love to learn!
