5970 East 31st Street, Suite B, Tulsa, OK 74135. Next door to the comedy club @ 31st & Sheridan we face 31st Street. Our hours walk in Tues & Thurs Evenings 2 to 7 & Sat 11 to 4. No appointment needed on days we are open. All other times daytime M F are by appointment. Thank you.
