I am a Tulalip Tribal member and have always had a passion for food and cooking, which is a trait in native americans; food, love and laughter is what brings us all together. The name Ryan's REZ-ipes was actually developed by a social media poll, and one of my friends actually came up with it; it's genius! "REZ-ipes" is just another way of saying "recipes", but because i'm from "the rez", it just

makes sense! Loved it and it just stuck! Come check out our truck that everyone is raving about and taste the delicious foods served with a great atmosphere full of smiles. I am very passionate about creating great, fresh foods that will soon be one of the best food trucks in the pacific northwest.

Hey foodies! Sooo, I have bad news again😔…. I found this morning that one of my team members had a family emergency, which always comes first no matter what. My other isn’t feeling well, so we won’t be able to open today, unfortunately. I was so looking forward to everyone trying these salmon bites today, but I can’t control unforeseen circumstances.

Okay, so this plating ain’t perfect yet. But, I’ve been working on a new menu item and wow, it turned out perfect! It’s hard to deep fry salmon and still have it super juicy and perfectly flaky with a little crunch, achieved!

Salmon bites are so amazing!! I’m working on the work flow in the food truck, to make sure it’s 100% doable during busy days. 🔥🙌🏽

Hey foodies!!! I’ve decided to take a different route on hiring. I am now seeking someone who has little to no kitchen experience, but has a passion for food, and enough drive to want to do it every day. This is more than just a job, this is an opportunity to learn how to run your own food truck. I will teach you everything I know in how to build and run a successful food truck business.

I’ve created a document, that indicates what I am seeking in our food truck trainee. I am not seeking someone who has to have their parent reach out for them or someone that is pushed to do this. I want someone who sees our post and is ecstatic about wanting to learn and grow in experience and knowledge.

Discipline, consistency, passion and drive are a must. I am seeking someone with good energy and great communication. This position will close on May 1st, so send in resumes!😁

Must be at least 18 and out of school, with a drivers license and reliable transportation. Need to be available with a flexible schedule. I plan to teach this position for at least a year.

Hey foodies! Quick update, 5 days later and still down for the count! I can’t wait to get back in the truck and show ya what I’ve been working on! Well, I’ve been planning, not working on, cause I’m stuck in bed 😩.

It’s really unfortunate that we have to miss tomorrow’s event, I was looking forward to the PUD energy block party, it’s always a super fun event for families! If you make it there tomorrow, they’ll have a few other amazing food trucks to enjoy!

Hi foodies!!! My apologies for the delay for this weeks schedule! After my return from Oregon, I woke up at home with strep throat and bad body aches, day 2 of it and it’s worse today. Sooo, depending on how fast I recover, is gonna tell when we will reopen.

Most likely not Thursday or Friday, but we’re hoping to make it out on Saturday for the energy block party at the PUD station in Everett! 😷

Closed business this weekend to go watch my guy do what he loves, father / son road trip to Oregon for basketball. Makes my heart happy to watch, even though every game wasn’t a win. The learning from every mistake and coming back stronger in the future is what I love to see.
