After many long months of Planning, Chef J Cooks Club is finally live. I'm forever grateful to everyone that has participated in our classes. Thank you for making our classes a success. My vision for the club is to create a platform that provides a space for people to connect through food across cultures. We will use our passion for food to unite and build communities.

Talk about a full-circle moment. I started as deli worker, which I enjoyed so much. I learned so many things and had the opportunity to be cross-trained in many different areas within the deli. And now, 4 years later, I'm coming back to Pcc as a cooking instructor. Thank you, , for allowing me to showcase some of my favorite Southern vegetarian comfort food dishes. What an honor it is teach my own Southern Comfort Cooking class . I get to share my family's love of sweet potatoes, in a creative way.
