Our team writes the best copy 😂 - BRING ON THE RAIN! We are ready!
If we light this candle, sing a song, and wish REEEEEAAALLLY hard, will the monsoon season officially kick in? ⛈️ Our sneak peek of the other day has us wishing for more rain!
This "Monsoon" premium candle is made locally in Tucson, and is prepared using phthalate-free fragrance oils of the finest quality to fill your home with a soothing aroma. It's made with pure soy wax with a cotton wick that is both lead and zinc free! So while we are all waiting for that next downpour, we can at least enjoy the summer scents of rain.
Shop our candle selection in person at our shop at the MSA Annex, or online on our website! https://www.whyilovewhereilive.com/collections/home-goods/
It's the final week! Not sure if your restaurant is a good fit for this event? Contact our team and we will work together to determine the type of menu that will work best for YOUR restaurant.

Check out that headline! We’re so excited to work with the amazing family and new tenants at The Baffert. It’s so wonderful when developers are Tucson locals who support Tucson small businesses. 😍

HUB Ice Cream Parlor is taking its vintage ice cream truck to the streets of Tucson for an "a la road" trip on Saturday, June 5 and Saturday, June 12.
We shared some interesting information on why the Saguaro is looking different this year, on the latest post on WILWIL! Check it out here:
The Saguaro cacti has been behaving strangely this season, with blooms sprouting down the sides of it's arms. Traditionally the Saguaro blooms are at the tip of the trunk, and the arms, but this year they are sprouting in strange new ways... have you have seen any of these odd blooms out in the wild? 🌵
Cactus experts are predicting these results are due to odd conditions and distress over the past few years, but are still currently collecting research. With the research still pending, we hope the information researchers find will lead to health and flourishing for this resilient species.
Did you know the Saguaro is the Arizona state flower? Nominated in 1931, this special species holds a dear place in all of our hearts, and we look forward to appreciate it's beauty for the years to come!

🍷
Every Wednesday and Thursday, sample 3 regional wines paired with a delicious meat and cheese board. The best part? After you’ve had a chance to sample the 3 featured wines, pick your favorite and receive a bottle of that wine, which you can choose to sip on-site or to take home! The $50 tasting serves two people, and includes the wine samples, snacks and bottle.
🍷
The first month shines a spotlight on local dynamic vineyards! Sip on the Arizona Stronghold White Wine Tazi and two Provisioner Arizona wines, the Rose and Red (Tasting notes attached), and determine your favorite.

In the latest Artistories episode we hear from Chezale Rodriguez, Multifaceted Teaching & Performing Artist.
Chezale tells us about her artistic and teaching trajectory, her experiences performing at the Tucson Hip Hop Festival, her experience as part of the Unlock Creative’s Sistah Circle (a cohort building program where Black women are able to meet in an intimate virtual space to build relationships and explore aspects of the creative sector). She gracefully pushes back against the question “What’s next for you?” but also concedes to tell us about some of her latest projects, like The Inglorious Poet’s Believe (featuring Chezale and K Prez), choreography for Sharkk Heartt’s “Work Fires” video, and voice acting on Tucson Heat from Elephant Scout, a scripted podcast.
We also talk about the gifts of this last year, including a moment where Chezale looks back at an experience she had filming the video for Special Friend a year ago, at the beginning of the pandemic.
