The weather on the coast has been a bit "iffy" lately, but it really pulled through last night for Whitney & Cody! Whitney & Cody chose our Deluxe All-Inclusive wedding package which includes photography by Dee Brausch Photography. Dee was so excited about what he was seeing in his lens last night, he rushed home to be able to edit just a few of the shots to share with us. Great job Dee and congratulations to this wonderful couple. We wish them many years of happiness together and it was an honor for me to officiate their wedding as well as to host them at Sandlake Country Inn.

Last night I performed a sunset ceremony at "Secret Beach". On my way back up the stairs I turned around and caught this shot. It was another beautiful sunset on the Oregon coast and a great way for a young couple to start their marriage. -Diane

It's been a long time since I've shared some of our amazing couples photos. All photos were taken by Dee Brausch Photography and all were married by us here at OrCoastWeddings.com which is part of Sandlake Country Inn. No matter whether you're young or old, dressed up or casual, man & woman or same s*x, you'll find a non-judgmental environment where the two of you can express your love and be yourselves.

What a difficult time we're all living through right now. For couples that want to elope, yet still keep everyone safe, we can still offer to provide you an officiant and photographer for a beach ceremony. Our nearby beaches are not closed, but the state parking lots, ramps and state/federal beach access areas are closed. You can still walk on the beach.

Our primary concern is to you and our officiant and photographer to stay safe. We are not at this point offering our all-inclusive packages and we have closed Sandlake Country Inn at least through April and will extend the shut down if necessary.

What we are offering is to meet you (keeping a safe distance) at a safe beach location in Pacific City. You can bring 2 witnesses. This is by no means a party, but it certainly can be a joyous occasion! If you are dealing with a "shelter in place" order, it would be your choice if you want to shelter in your car to Pacific City, and then be on a very private, isolated beach.

You must have your Oregon marriage license. Washington County is still processing marriage licenses by mail.

To obtain a marriage license by mail, please send a self-addressed stamped envelope to:

An application will be mailed to you with instructions on how to fill it out. On approval of your application, which is normally within 3 days of receipt, they will send your license to you. The application is not valid until issued by the clerk’s office.

Hard to believe it's been 5 1/2 years since we started our wedding business! I can't tell you how wonderful it's been! I think we get almost as much pleasure making wedding memories as it is for our couples. Here are some photos I took from those early years. I loved going out to the beach and taking photos for our couples, but it soon became obvious that it was time to have the photos taken by our wonderful professional photographer Dee of Dee Brausch Photography.
