We had a good time today at Four Arrows Garden. Thank you for the roasted Green Chili and the pistachios! Family Joint Pizza food truck, and Legit Lemonade we loved the pizza and lemonade so much we barely got a pic to share 😁

The Green Chile Festival is around the corner! Don't forget to stop by Four Arrows Garden on Saturday, August 31st (9am-4pm) to grab some roasted green chile straight from Hatch, New Mexico!!!

Here are some more updated details:

We'll be roasting Hatch Green Chile on-site in a giant chile roaster.

Chile will be sold in 1 gallon size ziplock bags for $15 each. They'll be ready to take home and prepare or freeze!

Cash and card accepted.

Bring a box, bag, or cooler to transport your roasted chile.

We'll also have bags of pistachios available from "Heart of the Desert" in Las Cruces, NM. We'll have 1 pound bags of: Green Chile & Garlic pistachios, Red Chile pistachios, and Xtra Hot Red Chile Pistachios.

There will be activities, giveaways, recipe tables, and more!
