Promoting Quality Arts & Crafts Shows in Tucson and surrounding areas (including Marana, Oro Valley, Sahuarita, etc). Each show is a fundraiser, most charities benefitted are DAV, Community Food Bank and Toys For Tots. All shows are lightly juried to ensure quality!!!

OKAY GOT NEW DATE FOR MY GOLDEN CORRAL SHOW.
Most of you know what happened, and it's a long story. But the NEW DATES are November 1-3, Spaces are 10x10 $75 and 10x20 $145.

Okay I'm freaking out. I booked a date & location LAST YEAR, and now I find they booked another promoter for the same date. I'm pi**ed because I booked it first. So, I may have to change if the other promoter won't........ Even though I was 1st. I hope the other one can change as I already have vendors signed up & paid in full for it. And it would be the professional & propper thing to do.

Sorry to say that the Golden Corral show that was scheduled for this weekend has been cancelled due to vendor shortage. I will try to reschedule it, but the November show there is still happening.

I had two vendors cancel... didnt send in apps yet. So I'm now back to having only 7 vendors (with apps in and have paid). Thats not enough to cover my expenses PLUS write a check for Camp Corral. IF I Do Not get in at least 4 more vendors (with apps in and PAID) I will be forced to cancel show. It is not fair to have a show and not be able to make a donation to the charity.

I have had vendors say that they want to participate, but until I have an application and payment in hand.... then I cannot count you as a participating vendor. THese MUST be in by Monday or I will cancel and issue refunds or credits (vendor choice), if your check hasn't been deposited I will either return it to you or shred it (your choice).
